1. User Responsibility: For the duration of the booked picnic, clients are responsible for the care, safety, and security of all LUXE X SUN equipment. Clients are expected to remain with the picnic setup throughout their reservation period to ensure the equipment’s maintained quality and condition. Any damage, loss, or theft that occurs while the equipment is under the client’s care will be the client’s responsibility and may result in additional fees to cover replacement or repair costs.
2. Alcohol Policy: Due to Georgia public alcohol consumption laws, alcohol is not permitted in Georgia parks.
3. No Smoking Zone: LUXE X SUN picnic suites are strictly smoke-free areas. This includes the prohibited use of vapes and e-cigarettes.
4. Pet Policy: Your furry friend is invited! Please note that any accidental damages to picnic furniture/equipment may incur a pet fee of up to $200.
5. Pricing Adjustments: The cost of our packages is subject to change, at the company's discretion, reflecting the evolving needs of our users and business growth.
6. Music and Volume Levels: We provide a speaker for your enjoyment. Please ensure music is played at a volume considerate of those nearby.
7. Cleaning, Damage, and Loss Fees: A cleaning fee of up to $200, a damage fee of up to $200, or a loss/theft fee of up to $1,000 may be charged if there is significant soiling, damage, or loss of picnic equipment.
8. Refusal of Future Service: LUXE X SUN reserves the right to refuse future services to any client who is blatantly disrespectful, disregards our policies, or exhibits unlawful behavior at the picnic sites.
9. Agreement to Terms: By booking with LUXE X SUN, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
10. A travel fee of up to $600 may be applied to your total booking cost for our LUXE X SUN Elite Packages, depending on your requested destination.
1. No Refunds Policy: Payments, including booking deposits, are non-refundable. LUXE X SUN does not issue refunds for cancellations or rescheduled bookings.
2. Rescheduling Options:
Standard Rescheduling: If a client needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, they may transfer their booking to a future date based on availability. All standard rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the original event date.
Last-Minute Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will simply forfeit their non-refundable booking deposit.
4. Transfer of Booking: If unable to attend or reschedule a booking, clients may cancel the booking or transfer their booking to a friend or family member. The new attendee will be responsible for any outstanding balance on the booking.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations: In cases of unexpected inclement weather that impacts a scheduled picnic and cannot be mitigated by relocation to a covered area, LUXE X SUN will work with the client to reschedule their picnic at no additional charge.
